California Rate Adjustment Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Rate Adjustment Analyst to support government contract billing and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process annual and retroactive rate adjustment invoices in JAMIS
• Validate billed costs and reconcile indirect rate adjustments
• Generate supporting reports for Project Manager review and ensure audit-ready documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in government contract billing or rate analysis
• Working knowledge of cost-type contracts and related billing requirements
• Understanding of indirect rate structures, including Fringe, Overhead, and G&A
• Experience with project-based accounting or ERP systems, preferably JAMIS
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
