Job Summary

A company is looking for a Southern California Region Head for the Branch Network.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for overall performance and growth strategy of the region, including execution of local and national strategies
• Provide strategic leadership to large teams, fostering a high-performing, client-centric culture
• Build a culture of client excellence and manage risk and control performance across the region

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years related business experience
• 10+ years of sales and multi-level management experience
• 5+ years of experience in Retail Banking, Mortgage, or Business Banking
• Experience overseeing Affluent/High Net Worth customers and multi-site management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; Master's degree is preferred
