Job Summary

Driving sales growth in the distributed energy resources sector, the full-time California Regional Sales Manager will develop and manage a team of Sales Directors while building relationships with large commercial and industrial customers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver aggressive sales plans to exceed qualified booked meetings goals
  • Grow and develop a team of Sales Directors, providing support and coaching
  • Identify and nurture successful relationships with large commercial, institutional, and industrial customers
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or foreign degree equivalent
  • 1 year of account-relationship management or business development experience in the energy market
  • At least 1 year of experience leading sales and customer engagements
  • Experience with SalesForce, GoogleSuite, or similar CRM tools
  • Demonstrated ability managing a sales cycle and meeting sales goals
