Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory & Litigation Legal Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive scheduling support for litigation matters, coordinating meetings, depositions, and court deadlines
  • Oversee the administrative lifecycle of legal matters within case management systems, including file setup and closure procedures
  • Assist with administrative billing support by tracking invoices and coordinating with internal departments
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a legal assistant or litigation paralegal
  • Direct experience within litigation practice at a law firm or in a corporate legal department
  • Experience supporting consumer litigation or class action matters is highly preferred
  • An associate or bachelor's degree is required
  • A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is a plus but not required
