California Regulatory Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Regulatory Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Timely submission, approval, and implementation of regulatory filings for insurance program coverage forms and related products
• Serve as the primary contact for all regulatory issues in assigned states
• Collaborate with other field offices and divisions to address regional and local issues affecting products and services

Required Qualifications

• College degree
• 6+ years of experience in the property and casualty (P&C) industry, preferably in product development, pricing, or regulatory compliance
• Experience working with insurance departments on regulatory issues
• Knowledge of the current P&C marketplace
• CPCU and other industry designations are preferred
