California Remote Call Center Rep

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative for California residents only.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer telephone calls and troubleshoot issues effectively
• Assist callers with completing online applications and maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system
• Conduct outbound calls and connect callers with leadership when necessary

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience required
• Must provide internet speed test results showing at least 60 Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload speeds
• Experience with CRM tools and help desk software is necessary
• Typing test will be required
