Job Summary

Working remotely in California, the full-time Talent Sourcer will proactively identify and engage top talent, develop talent pipelines, and collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support hiring needs across the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with Recruiters to create sourcing strategies aligned with hiring priorities
  • Engage active and passive candidates through various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and present qualified candidate slates to Recruiters
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
  • Strong analytical skills to identify talent trends and market insights
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
