Job Summary
Working remotely in California, the full-time Talent Sourcer will proactively identify and engage top talent, develop talent pipelines, and collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support hiring needs across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Recruiters to create sourcing strategies aligned with hiring priorities
- Engage active and passive candidates through various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and present qualified candidate slates to Recruiters
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Strong analytical skills to identify talent trends and market insights
- Bachelor's degree preferred
