Job Summary
A company is looking for a Research Data Analyst in California.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to student success, enrollment, retention, and institutional effectiveness
- Design and manage structured research projects using statistical and analytical tools
- Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Policy, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with higher education data and research tools
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and statistical analysis tools
- Experience querying and analyzing structured data from relational databases using SQL or similar languages
- Desired: Experience with Qualtrics, Salesforce, LMS, predictive analytics, and programming languages like Python
