Job Summary

Experienced professionals will find a full-time salaried California Revenue Cycle Specialist opportunity focused on managing hospital and professional fee billing, claims submission, and account follow-up while working onsite in Los Angeles.

Key responsibilities

• Review and submit claims to payors, perform account follow-up activities, and update patient account information
• Develop and maintain relationships with clinical departments and external clients, addressing inquiries and resolving account issues
• Analyze and resolve complex billing cases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate charge capture

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college-level courses in Finance, Business, or Health Insurance preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of professional and/or hospital revenue cycle billing experience required, with a preference for professional billing experience
• Experience with follow-up collections and workers' compensation is a plus
