Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time California Reverse Mortgage Originator will participate in a 12-month development program focused on supporting retirees in improving their retirement income sustainability while working remotely in the San Jose, CA area.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with retirees to assess their financial needs and provide tailored reverse mortgage solutions
• Participate in extensive training led by top sales leaders in the industry
• Utilize world-class sales and marketing support to grow business and client base

Required qualifications

• Previous experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong interest in the reverse mortgage industry and retirement planning
• Willingness to participate in a comprehensive training program
• Must reside in or near the San Jose, CA area
