Job Summary
Providing remote medical case management services, the full-time Telephonic RN Case Manager will assist injured individuals in their recovery, coordinating medical services and exploring vocational options while working with various stakeholders involved in the claims process.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and assess medical services for injured individuals to facilitate their recovery
- Explore vocational options with injured workers and their employers to secure pre-injury or alternate employment
- Collaborate with claim examiners, attorneys, and medical providers throughout the case management process
Required qualifications
- Unencumbered Compact RN license required
- Additional unencumbered California RN license required
- Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification required
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred
- Preferred additional RN licenses from New York or Nevada
