California RN Nurse Health Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote California RN Nurse Health Specialist to join the Virtual Care Center team, responsible for assessing patient concerns, providing telephonic and video-based clinical support, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to manage patient care in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and address patient concerns using clinical judgment
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop care plans and conduct follow-up virtual visits
• Document patient interactions accurately within the electronic medical record (EMR) system

Required qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted California RN license at the time of hire
• Successful completion of an accredited nursing program
• Minimum one year of RN experience, preferably in Emergency Department, Urgent Care, or Critical Care
• Experience assessing and triaging patient symptoms
• Current CPR certification
