California RN Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Quality Assurance Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct chart audits for new providers and deliver feedback
• Lead clinical documentation and compliance audits, optimizing peer review processes
• Monitor quality trends and generate monthly QA reports for various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required (multi-state licensure preferred)
• 5+ years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in quality assurance or clinical compliance
• Experience in behavioral health, telehealth, or ambulatory care preferred
• Strong knowledge of documentation standards and regulatory compliance
• Experience managing QA teams or peer review programs is preferred
