California RN Quality Manager

Job Summary

Providing clinical guidance and support, the full-time remote California RN Quality Manager will oversee complaint handling and post-market surveillance, ensuring thorough investigation of product complaints and adverse events while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Provides medical/clinical guidance to complaint investigators and engineers regarding event interpretation and regulatory reporting
• Educates and trains complaint investigators on patient anatomy, medical conditions, and product-specific protocols
• Analyzes complaint data and communicates findings to internal teams to support product improvement and compliance efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent work experience
• Current or previous Registered Nurse (RN) with cardiac patient care experience
• Experience in the medical device industry, specifically in quality/compliance and complaint handling
• Ability to interpret clinical data and assess adverse events related to medical devices
• Experience in training and educating cross-functional teams on clinical and product-related topics
