California RN Supervisor

Job Summary

To support the enrollment operations for Southern California PACE sites, the full-time California RN Supervisor will manage daily enrollment case operations, ensure documentation quality, and serve as the primary point of contact for Enrollment RNs in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily enrollment case operations, including tracking and managing the RN tracker and Salesforce enrollment pipeline
• Identify and address stalled cases and documentation discrepancies, ensuring timely updates and compliance with regulatory standards
• Deliver training and enforce SOPs for Enrollment RNs, while coordinating schedules and monitoring documentation quality across all sites

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN License in California, in good standing
• 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in PACE, geriatrics, or home health
• Experience with ILOC determination processes and DHCS PACE submission requirements
• Strong Epic clinical documentation and workflow management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple software platforms
