Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager to assist injured individuals in their recovery process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and employers
  • Assess the recovery of disabled persons and modify case goals based on their progress
  • Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing effectively and completing necessary documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation or rehabilitation
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing is required
  • URAC-recognized certification in case management is preferred
  • Reliable internet connection is necessary
