Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with physicians and employers to create and implement individualized treatment plans for injured or disabled persons
  • Assess recovery progress through interviews and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
  • Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and preparing status updates for clients
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
  • Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation
  • Licenses: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing required
  • Certifications: URAC-recognized certification in case management preferred
  • Internet: Reliable internet connection required
