Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager to assist injured individuals in their recovery process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and employers
- Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
- Manage a caseload independently, prioritizing cases and completing necessary documentation
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation
- Licenses: Active compact and California Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Certifications: URAC-recognized certification in case management preferred
- Internet: Must have reliable internet access
