Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager to assist injured individuals in their recovery process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and employers
  • Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
  • Manage a caseload independently, prioritizing cases and completing necessary documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation
  • Licenses: Active compact and California Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • Certifications: URAC-recognized certification in case management preferred
  • Internet: Must have reliable internet access
