Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the California RN Telephonic Case Manager will manage treatment plans for injured individuals, collaborating with healthcare providers and employers to facilitate recovery and return to work.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with treating physicians and employers to create and implement effective treatment plans
  • Assess the overall recovery of disabled individuals through interviews and evaluations
  • Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and modifying goals based on patient progress
Required qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California and RN Compact required
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
  • 2+ years of clinical practice experience, preferably in workers' compensation
  • URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC)
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
