California RN Telephonic Case Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time California RN Telephonic Case Manager will manage treatment plans for injured individuals, collaborating with healthcare providers and employers to facilitate recovery and return to work, all while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Demonstrate knowledge and competency in case management standards of practice
• Collaborate with treating physicians and employers to create and implement tailored treatment plans
• Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and evaluating treatment effectiveness

Required qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required, with a California RN license preferred
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
• 2+ years of clinical practice experience preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation
• URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS) preferred
• Reliable internet connection required
