Job Summary

Providing administrative and clerical support, the full-time temporary California Sales Assistant will assist a sales team with tasks such as spreadsheet management, proposal creation, and customer information entry while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel to support sales operations
  • Assist the quoting team with the creation of proposals and enter customer information into systems
  • Direct calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments as needed
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment
  • Group health insurance experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
