Job Summary

To elevate the performance of attorneys and drive growth, the full-time remote California Sales Training Specialist will design and implement innovative training programs, provide ongoing coaching, and enhance client conversion strategies tailored to the legal industry.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured training materials to improve client conversion rates
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure attorneys are sales-ready and maintain high hire rates
• Utilize Salesforce data analysis to identify training needs and drive measurable improvements

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant training experience supporting sales or client-facing teams
• 3-5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in professional services or the legal sector
• Proven ability to design and facilitate engaging training sessions, both virtual and in-person
• Strong foundation in consultative sales and coaching professionals in client communication
• Proficiency in Salesforce for tracking performance and reporting on key metrics
