Job Summary

To ensure compliance with SBA guidelines, the full-time California SBA Loan Administrator will manage loan administration tasks, including document collection, processing third-party reports, and coordinating internal workflows to meet closing deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviews loan application files for accuracy and compliance with SBA guidelines
  • Prepares SBA submission packages and requests loan approvals through E-Tran
  • Collaborates with escrow and title companies to ensure timely loan closings
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of SBA loan administration and/or loan processing experience
  • Demonstrated experience with SBA 7(a) and 504 loans
  • Working knowledge of LaserPro Loan Documentation Software
  • Experience preparing and reviewing attorney-prepared loan documents
  • Strong knowledge of collateral perfection requirements
