Job Summary
Managing the loan administration process, the full-time California SBA Loan Administrator will review loan application files, ensure compliance with SBA guidelines, and coordinate closing timelines while working onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviews loan application files for completeness and adherence to SBA standards
- Manages the preparation and submission of SBA loan packages and compliance documentation
- Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely loan closings
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of SBA loan administration and/or loan processing experience
- Demonstrated experience with SBA 7(a) and 504 loans
- Working knowledge of LaserPro Loan Documentation Software
- Experience preparing and reviewing attorney-prepared loan documents
- Strong knowledge of business entity structures and collateral perfection requirements
