California Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant - Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Review revenue and invoicing aspects of contracts, ensuring system setups are completed
• Coordinate with internal teams for product launches to ensure accurate data recording
• Oversee accounts receivable aging and resolve invoice vs. payment variances

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business or related fields preferred
• 5+ years of accounting or reconciliation experience preferred
• Fundamental understanding of US GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large scale ERP, preferably Oracle EBS
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
