Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, design, and document training strategies to support client technological goals
• Function within Waterfall and Agile change management projects
• Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, technical personnel, and training staff to define and communicate training requirements

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on translating technical goals into training requirements
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience in Agile methodologies
• Experience with presentation and training facilitation
