California Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Experienced in managing enterprise-wide software solutions, the full-time remote California Senior Business Systems Analyst will oversee the Software Development Lifecycle, collaborate with stakeholders to drive Agile initiatives, and provide high-quality analytical support to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Software Development Lifecycle by analyzing business needs and creating detailed documentation
• Facilitate joint business/IT requirements discussions and lead stakeholder review meetings
• Provide Tier 3 application support and manage software upgrades while ensuring timely resolution of internal tickets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or Business Administration required
• 7+ years of experience in financial or health services, including technical business analysis and process improvement
• Experience in an Agile environment or Azure ecosystem (DevOps) strongly preferred
• Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a 4-year degree
