California Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time salaried California Senior Business Systems Analyst will manage the Software Development Lifecycle for enterprise-wide software solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide analytical system solutions while working remotely in California.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Software Development Lifecycle by analyzing business needs and creating detailed documentation
• Drive joint business/IT requirements discussions and lead Agile practices to create product backlogs and user stories
• Provide Tier 3 application support and manage software upgrades while resolving complex application issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or Business Administration required
• 7+ years of experience in financial or health services with a focus on technical business analysis and process improvement
• Experience working in an Agile environment or Azure ecosystem (DevOps) strongly preferred
• Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a 4-year degree
