Job Summary
Seeking a seasoned California Senior Counsel, this full-time position will independently manage high-stakes litigation, develop compelling case themes, and provide leadership to junior attorneys, with flexible work options available.
Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop persuasive case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
- Provide mentorship and direction to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA approved school
- Active bar license in California
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation
- Proven ability to manage all facets of discovery and trial
- Experience in handling insurance defense matters preferred
