Job Summary
Supporting leaders and employees across technical and business functions, the full-time California Senior HR Business Partner will advise on organization design, coach managers through performance issues, and lead talent management initiatives in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of assigned teams to advise leaders on organization design and team effectiveness
- Coach managers through performance, conflict, and workplace concerns while conducting timely investigations
- Lead performance reviews, goal setting, and succession planning to enhance talent management processes
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HRBP or generalist roles
- Proven success in advising senior leaders and coaching managers through complex employee relations and talent decisions
- Knowledge of California and multi-state U.S. employment practices
- Experience in core people cycles such as performance reviews and compensation planning
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people data to operational priorities
