Key Responsibilities

• Lead and work on complex IT application design, development, testing, and support
• Analyze and refine systems requirements, and design systems architecture and user interfaces
• Ensure software quality and functionality, and integrate hardware and software components

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming
• At least four years of experience in a lead capacity
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field
• Strong knowledge of Java web development and relational databases
• Experience with systems engineering concepts and application software development principles
