Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Product Manager for a temporary remote position, who will manage product strategy and delivery for California state government clients, ensuring impactful technology solutions through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate their vision into prioritization, roadmapping, and requirements development
• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver solutions iteratively while balancing business, user, and technical needs
• Set outcome-driven success metrics and facilitate effective product strategy methods and agile ceremonies

Required qualifications

• 3 - 8+ years of product management experience in relevant industries such as software development or government technology
• Strong product thinking skills with a structured approach to solving ambiguous problems
• Experience with client relationship management and customer success
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and experience working within cross-functional teams
• Ability to turn business requirements and user research into clear epics and user stories
