California Senior Reuse Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reuse & Refill Senior Manager in California.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, train, and manage a team of implementation specialists
• Conduct landscape assessments to identify opportunities for closed-loop and open-loop environments
• Implement a five-year roadmap to achieve reuse/refill targets and administer local funding/grant programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in recycling, reuse/refill, sustainability, or related fields
• Experience with reusable food service ware and reverse logistics preferred
• State or local government experience preferred
• Experience in partnership-building and collaboration across sectors
