California Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Remote - California).

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, development, coding, testing, debugging, and deploying of software in an Azure cloud environment
• Modify and enhance existing applications and assist the team on product delivery by writing code and reviewing pull requests
• Independently define and prioritize goals and tasks in a fast-paced agile product environment

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in cloud-native applications (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable) using Python
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Thorough understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) design and practices
• Strong RDBMS experience (PostgreSQL, MS SQL) designing tables and writing queries
• Strong knowledge of professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle
