A company is looking for a Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster with CA and SIP experience.

• Manage a case load of complex claims, including CA SIP and other CA claims
• Collaborate with staff and utilize technology to support injured worker recovery
• Exhibit compassion and humility while contributing to the Workers' Compensation Team

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree or higher preferred
• 7+ years of prior claim adjusting experience
• Eligibility for reserve/payment authority level of $50,000+ when appropriate
• Active California Adjuster's License required
• Active SIP Certificate required
