California Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to manage key general ledger functions and support financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle various accruals and reconciliations at month-end
• Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate booking of receivables and maintain credit card transaction records
• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations
• Proficiency in Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Excel
• Experience with foreign currency accounting
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide customer service orientation
