California Support Broker

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Broker- California (Bilingual).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a workload of up to 125 program participants, maintaining regular contact and resolving inquiries
• Provide practical skills training to participants on community resources, employee management, and budgeting
• Assist participants with enrollment in programs, developing spending plans, and monitoring health and safety

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or senior citizens
• BA or BS degree in a related field required, or 4+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree
• Knowledge of Medicaid services preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish or Korean is preferred
• Availability between 8 AM - 7 PM PST
