Job Summary

Leading full-lifecycle recruiting, the full-time salaried California Talent Acquisition Manager will set hiring strategy, establish core TA processes, and actively source candidates across various functions in a hybrid environment based in Mountain View, CA or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR and Finance on headcount forecasting, hiring plans, and TA budgeting
• Manage full-cycle hiring for key roles, ensuring a strong talent pipeline in a fast-paced environment
• Utilize ATS data and recruiting metrics to optimize processes and support diversity and inclusion initiatives

Required qualifications

• Proven track record as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner or Lead Recruiter in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or Technology sectors
• Extensive experience in full-lifecycle recruitment from individual contributors to executive-level searches
• Demonstrated ability to track TA metrics and leverage data for talent decisions
• Hands-on expertise with ATS implementation and candidate evaluation methodologies
• Deep knowledge of federal and California state employment laws and workplace compliance standards
