California Technical Delivery Lead

Job Summary

Managing multiple complex technology projects, the fully remote California Technical Delivery Lead will oversee project governance, drive project activities, and ensure alignment with business goals while leading a team of Technology Project Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage long-term technology projects with significant business impact
• Drive coordination across divisions for goal-setting and annual planning
• Support high-importance initiatives by developing project plans and tracking progress

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 12 years of experience managing complex technical projects
• At least 5 years of experience as a technical program or portfolio manager
• Extensive knowledge of program and portfolio management methodologies
• Ability to create complex project plans using MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel
