California Technical Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an experienced Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and systems to develop a technical environment context
• Create project roadmaps, schedules, and mid-level requirements, including a requirements traceability matrix
• Develop and submit the Stage 2 Alternatives Analysis document and related artifacts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field; additional experience may substitute for education
• Minimum of five years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational processes, with three years in a lead role
• At least three years of experience in a web portal environment with varying access requirements
• Minimum of two years of experience supporting government/nonprofit IT procurement activities
• At least three years of experience with iterative or hybrid software design and querying data from multiple sources
