Job Summary
Providing strong case management and client support in California Tenant Law matters, the remote Tenant Law Case Manager - Virtual Assistant will manage tenant law cases throughout their lifecycle while maintaining communication with clients and assisting attorneys with case preparation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain tenant law cases, ensuring all necessary documents are obtained
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing timely updates and coordinating case-related activities
- Assist attorneys with case preparation and maintain organized electronic case files within the management system
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of Case Manager or similar legal experience in California Tenant Law
- Hands-on experience handling California Tenant Law cases
- Strong understanding of California Tenant Law terminology, procedures, and documentation
- Experience managing cases from intake through resolution
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
