Job Summary

A company is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow a dealer base while promoting products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and grow a profitable base of approximately 50 target and core dealers
  • Build sales through communication with customers about products, services, and promotions
  • Collaborate with Branch Managers to increase sales and develop action plans to meet sales targets
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
