Job Summary
Owning the relationship with prospective VIP players, the remote California/Texas VIP New Business Associate will drive growth of the VIP engagement program through hands-on relationship management, acquisition strategies, and player activity analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective VIP players to enhance customer loyalty
- Implement acquisition strategies to onboard and engage new players effectively
- Utilize player activity data to identify improvement opportunities and organize local events
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role such as sales, account management, or high-touch service
- Ability to take initiative and follow through on tasks independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with rapport-building abilities
- Experience using data and trends to inform decision-making
- Willingness to travel within the assigned state and work nights and weekends as needed
