Job Summary
A company is looking for a Timecard Compliance Coordinator to ensure accurate and compliant employee timekeeping practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit employee timesheets daily for accuracy and compliance with California labor laws
- Review meal and rest break compliance, identifying any missed or noncompliant breaks
- Communicate audit findings and compliance notifications clearly and professionally
Required Qualifications
- Reside in California with the ability to support multi-timezone scheduling
- Working knowledge of California labor laws, particularly regarding meal and rest breaks
- Hands-on experience auditing employee timesheets for accuracy and compliance
- Proficiency with Paylocity for timekeeping review and audits
- Experience using CentralReach to cross-reference timesheet data
