California Trade Ally Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trade Ally Manager and Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for trade allies/aggregators and oversee program implementation
• Act as the primary contact for trade allies, fostering relationships to enhance program participation
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide training to ensure trade allies understand program policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in energy management, business administration, sustainability, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the energy efficiency industry with knowledge of trade ally/aggregator networks
• In-depth knowledge of energy markets and demand-side management technologies
• Experience working with utilities or energy program implementors
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
