Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and assess training needs, creating customized training plans and curricula
  • Oversee training programs, manage budgets, and report on progress and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify knowledge gaps and enhance training content
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years of experience in leading and managing computer-based training development
  • At least one year of experience in developing train-the-trainer courseware
  • Two years of experience administering a learning management system (LMS)
  • Proficiency in operations management and training practices
  • CA residency required for this role
