Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training Manager to develop and oversee training programs using a "train-the-trainer" approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and assess training needs, creating customized training plans and curricula
- Oversee training programs, manage budgets, and report on progress and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify knowledge gaps and enhance training content
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in leading and managing computer-based training development
- At least one year of experience in developing train-the-trainer courseware
- Two years of experience administering a learning management system (LMS)
- Proficiency in operations management and training practices
- CA residency required for this role
