California Trial Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing legal practice, the full-time California Trial Attorney will manage a docket of employment law cases, represent clients in various legal proceedings, and develop case strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Represent clients in court trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
• Develop case strategies and present arguments before judges and juries
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
• 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in class actions or complex civil litigation
• Trial experience, including depositions, motions, and courtroom advocacy
• Demonstrated experience in managing multi-million dollar class action settlements
