California Trust & Estate Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking a California Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney, the part-time remote position will manage complex estate disputes, draft legal documents, and develop case strategies while collaborating with partners and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Litigate trust and estate disputes, including will contests and breach of fiduciary duty claims
• Draft motions, pleadings, and briefs, and manage written discovery and trial preparation
• Develop case strategies that consider legal rights and family dynamics while maintaining a busy docket

Required qualifications:

• California-licensed attorney with 4+ years of trust & estate or probate litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and motion practice skills
• Established experience in trust & estate litigation, with a focus on applying existing knowledge
• Organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple matters effectively
• Available during West Coast business hours and comfortable in a fully remote environment
