Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Call Center Agent responsible for managing calls from pet owners and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field calls from prospective clients in a timely and friendly manner
  • Encourage appointment scheduling and ensure client satisfaction utilizing established call scripts
  • Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls and provide feedback to management on call processes
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior veterinary experience and/or call center experience in a medical setting is preferred
  • Ability to work remotely and productively as part of a team
  • Basic typing skills and comfort working with a laptop
  • Availability to work 30-40 hours a week from home with a high-quality internet connection
