California/Washington Licensed Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time California/Washington Licensed Therapist will deliver virtual outpatient therapy to individuals affected by chronic conditions and their family caregivers, focusing on emotional and psychological challenges while maintaining proper licensure and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform remote clinical counseling services to clients in accordance with company policies
• Complete and maintain accurate written records for each patient, including treatment plans and progress notes
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in therapy practices

Required qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling or social work
• Active, unrestricted license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in California or Washington
• Experience with assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• At least 2 years of experience with family caregivers and older adults
• Specialty or training in ACT and/or CBT preferred
